Very quiet and well kept. The bed was a bit small. Some rooms stay noise-free thanks to the double-glazed windows.

We couldn’t get into the accommodation for four hours because no access codes had been provided, and there was no reception to help. When we called, we were told they weren’t working and that the company phone had apparently been taken home. The whole thing was surreal. They also wouldn’t give us a complaint form, so we reported it to the Servicio Territorial de Turismo de la Junta de Castilla y León and attached the WhatsApp messages we’d received, which came across as arrogant and rude, along with the lack of response to our request for the form. On top of all that, noise from the bar across the street kept us from resting.

The location on the main square is the one good thing here. What was advertised as an apartment was basically a room with a tiny kitchenette, and even the few pans were falling apart. It was noisy, not very clean, and the service felt rude and arrogant. We didn’t receive the entry codes from the owners, despite their calling the day before to ask when we’d arrive. We eventually got the codes through Booking.com, but only after they’d disrupted our plans. Check-out, though, was strictly enforced. We’re still waiting for the complaint forms they refused to provide, despite knowing they could be fined. With so many other places in the city, I wouldn’t recommend this one.
