The rooms were fine, and the breakfast buffet was decent, but we had a frustrating start with the parking. The entrance was poorly signposted and the car lift was very tight to drive into. At check-in, staff said we'd get a discount if we ordered the buffet. The next day they refused to honor it, saying the receptionist who'd promised it was new and had made a mistake. That felt very unprofessional.

The location was great, and the service was great too, thank YOU. The hotel itself was beautiful and gave me France vibes, but I expected more from a 4-star place. Our room may have been the issue, but the beds shook and the floor squeaked, and the room quality wasn't very good.

The rooms and service were great. The only catch is that they lock the AC to within three degrees of the current temperature.

I enjoyed staying here 😊. The staff were nice, breakfast was good, and the rooms were so clean this was the first hotel where I wasn't worried about walking barefoot. It's near the city centre, yet the neighborhood is quiet.

Valladolid's centre is the highlight: everything is a short, flat walk away. The shared areas are pleasant, and the room was spacious, clean and modern, with a comfortable stay overall. It was quiet too. The bathroom was fine, though the shower head and its fitting could be better, and the pillows offered no support. For parking, go to Montero Calvo Street rather than following Google Maps. The entrance to the underground car park is by a ramp beside the hotel, down to level -3.
