We had a pleasant, quiet room, and the hotel was clean. Breakfast in the restaurant was excellent, with a view of the city. There’s underground parking, and the location works well for sightseeing or a business trip.

The terrace has the best views in the city, and you’d never guess the building used to be a shopping center. It’s newly opened and ideally located for exploring Valladolid. The renovation is spectacular, with modern, practical decor. A real example to follow.

Breakfast was spectacular, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The reception and phone service were only so-so. In our case, calls were sometimes put on hold and then disconnected, or simply not answered. That left me disappointed for a 5-star hotel, especially when it seemed like the customer was being blamed. I realize it may not always be like that, but it was our experience. Even so, I’d return.
