Hotel Bordoy Continental Valldemossa

We had a great meal downstairs, and the scenery made it even better. From our room, the view was unforgettable, and the location worked perfectly for visiting Valldemossa and Deià. I’d seen comments about bad service, but everyone we met was kind and professional, especially Carmen. I’ll stay here again when I’m back in Mallorca.

We enjoyed lunch and cocktails by the pool, and the pool area was fantastic. Dinner turned out to be lovely too: we had steak and fish, and the prices were good. We’d been a little unsure about eating at the restaurant after reading reviews, but had a great evening. The room and its views were stunning, and breakfast was lovely as well. We’d happily recommend the hotel to friends and family.

The setting and location were just right for a relaxing stay, and I loved the overall feel of the place. Our suite was roomy and comfortable, with a lovely balcony and view. The WiFi worked exceptionally well while we did some work. Staff were kind enough, though not always the nicest, and there may have been a few small misunderstandings because of the language. Breakfast was good, especially the eggs on the à la carte menu; the rest didn’t stand out as much to me. The parking area was fairly large but full every evening. It would be great if the pool bar served coffee too.

We were on the ground floor, but being up on a hill still gave us amazing views. The grounds are gorgeous, with both nature and sea around you, and we made use of the pool bar. Breakfast had a nice selection, and the 24-hour reception meant we could always get help when we needed it.
