Breakfast was included, and there was plenty to choose from: eggs, pastries, sweets, yogurt with fresh fruit, ham and cheese. Homemade dishes kept arriving at the table, and Juan and the others helping him were all great. The standout for us was the customer service. Juan, the manager and part owner, made sure we were comfortable and happy. The suites were huge, with a large kitchen and living room, and everything was clean and well kept. We heard the saying, “you arrive as a customer and leave as a friend.” That felt fitting in beautiful Valldemossa. I hope I can come back and stay longer someday.

Juan, the proprietor, is friendly and helpful, and we feel right at home here. We’ve stayed three times now, for a week or longer each visit. The apartment has lots of space and everything we need to cook, including an oven, stovetop, microwave, washing machine and a generously sized fridge for wine and beer. There’s also a TV, wifi, and a lovely rooftop terrace with panoramic views where we’ve had dinner or a drink. It’s right in the heart of Valdemossa, which is very convenient. With the windows open, you’ll hear the daytime tourist bustle. There’s AC and heating too.

We were served complimentary coffee and a biscuit in the café downstairs, and the service was friendly. The one-bedroom apartment was very nice, with a full kitchen, including a fridge, stove, oven, espresso maker, pots, pans and dishes. Check-in was easy and welcoming. We only stayed one night while travelling around the island, and the location was perfect for exploring the town. The café below gets going at 6.30, so you may wake up then, though you should be up by that time anyway. Parking was a couple of blocks away, but the check-in instructions explained that, so it wasn’t a problem. Definitely recommend!

The staff were really friendly, and the roof terrace has lovely views. These are very nice apartments. If you’re there over the weekend, keep some drinks and snacks handy, open the French balcony doors, and you might hear live music from the nearby restaurants.
