El Mirador de Merindades

The owners are very attentive to the details and happy to suggest places to visit. Breakfast is €5 and filling, so it's well worth having. We stayed two nights in Las Nubes, an attic room with two very comfortable single beds and a bathroom with a massage shower column. Each room has different decor, and the whole house is lovely inside and out. Parking was easy near the entrance when we arrived on Thursday, but the town was crowded on Friday and it took us a while to find a space.

We were two couples staying from August 14th to 18th, and the rooms, dining room, garden, and other facilities were all in excellent condition. Mari Paz and Juantxu were warm, attentive, and ready to help with anything. The breakfasts were a highlight: served in a dining room veranda with beautiful views, at a nicely set table, with music that made the atmosphere feel relaxed, welcoming, and family-friendly.

Every corner has some lovely touch from this artistic couple, and I adored the decor. Paz and Juancho made us feel at home, thank you! We were there for work this time, but next visit we hope to come for pleasure and enjoy the place more. And Paz, I was so glad you put my little stone in your display case.

Everything was perfect when my partner and I stayed the week before Easter this year. We loved the cooking, dinners, service, and how helpful Mª Paz and Juantxu were. They decorate the place themselves, and they've done excellent work. It's great for families with children too, since some rooms have cribs. Highly recommended.
