The team made us feel like royalty, from the bellman and receptionist to the concierge. Fabio at The Hall restaurant and bar was wonderful, with delicious cocktails and great dinner suggestions. We also loved the rooftop bar for after dinner drinks and its great views. There were lovely surprises waiting after both dinners: champagne the first night, then flowers and chocolates the next. And the buffet breakfast was outstanding. We felt in heaven from the moment we arrived.

We only stayed a short time, which I really regret, and we’ll definitely come back. It’s in a picturesque part of Spain near Barcelona, and the place feels magical. The breakfast was delicious, too. A big thank you to the gentleman at reception who checked us in and gave us such a warm welcome and a beautiful room. The staff were wonderful.

The pool and included breakfast were both amazing. Everyone on staff was so kind and patient with us the whole time. We had a delightful stay and I really recommend this place.

The pool is such a peaceful spot, with a beautiful view over the surrounding hills. We also enjoyed the spacious rooms, and the spa felt like a hidden gem worth visiting. There’s a bus into central Barcelona, and nearby tapas bars and a cafe serve tasty local food. The hotel food was good, too, for both breakfast and dinner. Andrea and Tiago made sure we had everything we needed. Tiago took care of all the little details for a great evening in the hotel restaurant, arranged taxis for our guests to the airport and nearby restaurants, booked tables and takeaways, and gave us excellent local recommendations. We’d happily stay at Hotel Golden again and recommend it.

The breakfast was really good and had nice options, but we went without food until the next morning. When we visited for San Juan, the hotel restaurant was open only for breakfast, and most nearby restaurants were closed. The location is really nice, the hotel is pleasant, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
