The rooms are warm. A good place to stay if you’re walking the Camino or waiting for the bus to Madrid.

The hotel is right on the Camino, and after a long day the spacious, very clean room and comfortable bed were welcome. It was generally quiet inside, and the air conditioning, elevator, and restaurant in the hotel were useful comforts for tired pilgrims. Still, I had a mixed experience. I couldn’t open the windows because people were smoking directly below, and the smell came in. The hotel is next to a gas station where trucks, buses, and campers often stop for the restaurant, so open windows also let in a lot of noise. Reception wasn’t staffed all the time, and I waited quite a while to check in. When the receptionist arrived, she wasn’t especially friendly. At checkout I couldn’t get an invoice because the printer was broken, and I was told it couldn’t be provided even after asking. The comfort and amenities are good, but the service and outside noise were disappointing.

The cashier was rude and ignored people who’d been waiting in line for a long time. It was chaotic overall. If you can, get your coffee somewhere else.

A fair price, a warm room, and a bathtub. I got a good rest here. You can get food from the restaurant on the first floor any time. It was a good place to relax during the pilgrimage.
