The WiFi is really good, and there are restaurants not far away by the beach. It’s a calm place for everyone, with shared or private tents, a good gym box, and clean showers and toilets. People aren’t partying here.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and there’s an on-site bar that opens either 8-16.15 or 8-23, depending on the day. We really enjoyed our stay. The site was so green, with birds singing, colorful plants and a few friendly cats they look after wandering around. The tents were clean and equipped with fans and heaters, so they seem suitable all year. The kitchen is available, and the tents have fridges with cutlery and other utensils to use. Bathrooms and showers were clean and well maintained. It’s a 10 minute walk to the beautiful El Palmar beach. The pool was closed in early April because it wasn’t warm enough, but we still loved the area. Highly recommend!

We spent three nights in a bungalow and had a great time. It was clean, well stocked, and the beds were comfortable. The shower was hot too. We’ll definitely return. Just remember to bring towels, as none are provided.

The toilet block looked impressive, but there was no hot water except in the shower, and that didn’t work for me either. It was the most expensive campsite I’ve stayed at so far, and there’s no WiFi. The pitches are small with no real alternatives, so I imagine it gets cramped in summer, though it was nice in the off season. The road down is too narrow for a car and caravan to pass; going off the verge could damage the underside of your car or the caravan chassis.

We only managed about three hours without noise each night, so we barely slept for two nights with the kids. There are no curfew or camping rules, and cars drove around while people partied. The space we got was crowded between and behind other spots, with a dirty surface and ants. It was advertised as a dedicated “large” 60 sqm pitch, but ours was no more than 25. The prices were high, and everyone we encountered working there seemed rude or very lazy. I love El Palmar and will keep coming back, just never here.
