We loved staying here and have already told friends about it. The people were charming, and the room and facilities were excellent, with a recent renovation that kept its character and had a quality finish. Breakfast in the room was very basic, so you may prefer the cafe down the road. We’ll stay here again.

Waking up to the quiet and those views was wonderful. The hostess was very attentive, and the house was spotless, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. It’s in a spectacular natural setting, peaceful and beautiful. Highly recommended.

The place could be perfect, which makes this such a shame, but I can’t recommend it after this stay. Dust covered everything on arrival, the toilet was dirty and still had hair from the previous guest, and there was hair all over the shower too. Its faucet was broken, and the towel was ancient and full of holes. I’ve never had an experience like that anywhere else. Even basic cleanliness and upkeep would make a huge difference.

The jacuzzi gets a 10, but the rest of my stay at the house with the little terrace was pretty lacking in amenities. Getting up the endless staircase was a lot, the towels looked older than Methuselah, and opening the bed felt like walking into my grandparents’ old room. Cleanliness was practically nonexistent, and I sorely missed having a washing machine at the very least. Then new guests showed up too.
