The room floor is really slippery, so be careful. I fell and broke two toes, and ended up bruised in several places. I’d come back, but I’d bring non-slip socks next time. The hotel is a good four-star stay, though there are a few signs of age. We always found a free parking spot outside. Breakfast was very good, especially the omelette and fresh egg station, and the evening buffet was decent too.

We were expecting a gala dinner for Christmas because that’s what we thought we’d paid for, but it turned out to be a buffet. Apart from that disappointment, we had a nice stay at this lovely, very clean hotel, right in the middle of a golf area.

The suite was the one letdown. We paid extra for it, but it felt very tired, almost shabby. Ana, our housemaid, kept it very clean and tidy, though. Apart from one grumpy male receptionist when we arrived, the staff were fantastic, polite, and helpful. The food was fresh with plenty of choice, and the bar prices weren’t too high.

We had a good stay and enjoyed the golf. The course is very well maintained and good, though it can be challenging. Breakfast and dinner are buffets with a good range and quality. Friendly, helpful staff, and good value.

The golf resort was first class, and the food variety was outstanding. I’m coeliac, and the chef was very helpful. The staff were fantastic, friendly, and ready to help.
