Can Pamplona

I arrived at about 3:00 AM on September 21st with a confirmed booking for Sunday and Monday. I know check-in starts at 10:00 AM, so I politely asked the night staff member if he could tell me when a room might be ready. He just kept saying “Full,” with no explanation or effort to help. This wasn't the first time I'd had this kind of experience with the same night shift employee. This time, he went further and kicked me out of the lobby, even though I had a reservation and was a paying guest. I found that insulting and unprofessional. I've stayed with Can Pamplona more than 10 times, and my experience with the hotel before has been good. The daytime receptionists, especially the morning staff, have always been welcoming and helpful. On my last visit, one of them even checked me in early after this same night employee wouldn't help. This staff member doesn't reflect the service I've received from the rest of the hotel. He seems unwilling or unable to do the job, won't communicate properly, and acts like he owns the place. He's an employee, and in my view he's damaging the hotel's reputation. I expect the hotel to take action, either by seriously retraining him or finding someone better suited to the role. Guests shouldn't be ignored, treated disrespectfully, or pushed out of the lobby for asking a simple question. I'd like to know what steps management will take. If nothing is done, I'll consider sharing my experience publicly.
