Apartments Somni Aranès

The views were excellent, looking toward Montcorbison and the villages heading toward France, including Vilac and Mont. It's also very close to the town center, the Mercadona supermarket, and the bus stop.

Parking can be tricky, but the apartments are well connected and close to the center of Vielha. They're simple and comfortable, though clearly a little dated. The kitchen feels small if you're coming as a group. Otherwise, no complaints, and I'd recommend them for a few days in the Val d'Aran.

I've stayed here several times. For the price, the apartment isn't bad, though it's not like the usual apartments in the Valley offered by other agencies. The manager's booking offer is what really upset me. Yesterday he said it was only available by the week, so I asked whether we could book one night less since we don't have any more vacation time. Today he called back, agreed, then quoted more than the price for the whole week. Does he think we're stupid? No, thanks.

For the nightly price, this is a good option: clean, central, and quiet. It worked perfectly for a couple of nights with our group. There may be better places if you look around, though.
