We enjoyed the two hours we spent in the Spa. It’s small, cozy, and quiet, and there were only three other people there when we visited. The rest of the hotel was less appealing: the rooms are tiny, ours had a cobweb and a cracked sink, and the bar was closed. There’s no parking, either. The hotel feels quite dated, right down to the two armchairs at the entrance. Are they from the 80s?

There’s plenty of parking, and the bus line up to Baqueira-Beret is right nearby. Our room was huge and super clean, and the staff were really helpful. The Spa was awesome too. For a ski trip or a summer stay, this is simply perfect, the best hotel in town.

The rooms were very nice, and I’d definitely recommend breakfast. The spa was disappointing for the 25€ I paid: the water was lukewarm, the jacuzzi felt even colder than the pool, and I had to get out after 5 min. The sauna wasn’t hot at all, though the showers and steam room were ok.

The food was good, and I was surprised by how many gluten free options there were. Half board is well worth it, with a very good breakfast and a great range to choose from. I was here for a ski course, and the hotel is well located, 100 mtrs from the bus stop. For 1.10 Euro, the ride to the ski area takes 12km/25 minute. The Spa is fantastic, though guests have to pay 25 Euro each time to use it. I’d definitely stay here again when skiing in baqueira.

Restaurant service was great, and the food was good, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The rooms are small, breakfast has a somewhat limited choice, and the spa costs an extra 25 eur per person. Reception service didn’t feel up to a 4 star standard: they wouldn’t refill toiletries and showed no attention. On our last day, the room flooded, and the phone didn’t work when we tried to call reception.
