The location was great, but the rooms looked much worse than the photos, and I felt let down by all the very positive reviews. They renovated the floor beneath our apartment without warning, drilling nonstop from 9 to 17 every day. When we raised it with reception, nobody offered a solution.

I’ve been here a week and plan to come back for the whole season. The staff were amazing and went well beyond their professional duties. The maids were a delight, and the room was spotless, cozy and better equipped than I could have hoped. There’s nothing I’d want improved. We LOVE!!!!

A handy base for the Vall d'Aran, with a central location. They also allow dogs at no extra charge. Some apartments have been renovated since last year.

We stayed with family in mid-April, during low season, and found the apartment very affordable and a good size. The cooking facilities were thoughtfully laid out, and there was decent parking. It’s on the main road, so easy to find, and the soundproofing was good. Recommended!

The best part was the location, with beautiful mountain views and the city nearby. The rooms were generally good, though I found the beds uncomfortable. Service was satisfactory. WiFi was free in the hall, and pets were allowed, which was convenient.
