We stopped by the cafe and gus welcomed us so warmly. The hospitality here was amazing.

A clean, comfortable place to spend the night if, say, you miss the bus and need somewhere basic. The people welcoming you are very nice, but there’s no fridge in the bedrooms. Book online, because the reception price is much higher.

It feels homely and friendly, with a good breakfast. You can walk to the railway station, harbour, shops and main street, as well as bars for canyas and tapas. Very central.

I found hair on the pillow and cockroaches all over the place. I left instead of sleeping there, and they wouldn’t refund me. Horrible.

4/10
The breakfast toast and coffee were good, and the room was only €40 a night. Parking cost €9 per night if booked online. That’s about all I can say in its favor: the curtains were dirty and torn, nobody made up the room, and there was hair all over the bathroom floor. The street below was very noisy, and we had to prop the windows open with a drawer.
