Ático O Pazo

We felt very well looked after during our one-night stay last week in February. The room was warm, breakfast was good, and everyone made us feel welcome. The staff were so helpful and attentive that it felt like at least a 3*** hotel. I’d recommend it.

Once my backpack turned up, the rest of the stay went smoothly. It hadn’t arrived when I did, which was stressful, but the receptionist called several times to check while I did the same on WhatsApp. We finally got it about two hours after I arrived. My room was perfectly adequate, the bed was comfortable, the shower hot and the bathroom clean. Breakfast was cold, but filling and varied.

I spent two nights here to rest during my Camino to Santiago, and it was a great decision. Ana and Noélia put so much care into their work. They were attentive, remembered people’s names, and really tried to make the stay as good as possible. I didn’t meet the rest of the staff, but I’m sure they’re great too. The rooms are simple. I was in the smaller building beside a noisy road, so I used earplugs. Gracias!

The staff are friendly. It does get a bit noisy in the morning when they clean the nearby room, though.
