Right by Vigo’s historic center, with grand buildings and attractive parks nearby, and the older part of town close too. We had a lovely hotel in a beautiful setting. With the right room, you can look out over the port and estuary, though cruise ships may block the view for a few hours before sailing away. Estefania at the front desk was super nice and gave us some good recommendations.

It was handy to have both breakfast and dinner available at the hotel. The service was great, the location worked well, and our room was clean and comfortable.

Estefania welcomed us with a big smile and took the time to give us all the information we needed. She was professional and kept checking that we were enjoying our stay. Of all the hotels on our trip through Portugal and Spain, this one stood out most for customer service.

For the price, I expected at least a basic level of service, but it just wasn’t there. Finding anyone could take a lot of effort, even when we needed something as simple as an iron. Room service was only available on weekend evenings. Overall, the hotel felt absolutely basic, with no real attempt at service.
