Hotel Inffinit

We booked a non-refundable night at Inffinite in Vigo, then realized less than 48 hrs later that we'd entered the wrong date. We contacted the hotel by email and phone, asking only to change the dates, not for a refund, but they insisted on keeping the original booking. Based on that, I wouldn't count on them to help with booking or stay problems, or to find a goodwill solution. Unless you're completely sure of your dates, I recommend choosing a more accommodating hotel.

The decor is modern and very nice, the rooms are spacious, and everything is clean. It looks and feels like a 4-star hotel despite being rated 3*. The breakfast buffet brings that rating back to mind, though, and some reception staff could be a little nicer. Apart from those things, it's top notch.

The L9A bus from the airport costs €1.35 and leaves you three blocks away, and it's a great location. The staff are amazing. Susana was especially friendly and helpful, lending me a North American cellphone cable from reception and sharing tips about good places to visit. The bathrooms are a comfortable size, and the beds are comfortable too. The pillows could be better, but I still slept great. Othilio bar is very close and is one of the town's top-rated places, so I highly recommend it!

We come to Vigo often, but won't be staying here again. With our two small children, the hotel required us to book two rooms. When we go away for a weekend, we want to stay together, not be split up. This is the first time we've run into that, and the hotel doesn't feel family friendly at all.
