We’d happily book this same apartment again. The terrace is really spacious, and the double bed and pillows were excellent. We didn’t use the other beds, but I expect they’re just as comfortable. There were a couple of small issues that didn’t get in the way of our holiday, and when we reported a broken door handle on the first day, maintenance came straight away. The agency team were friendly, attentive, and easy to reach on WhatsApp. Cleaning could be better, though; we cleaned the apartment and the things we planned to use ourselves and were fine after that. I mention it as constructive feedback. We liked our stay so much at Pineda Green that we extended it by two days. Leaving feels hard. Thank you for everything.

My family’s planned holiday was ruined, and we ended up without a vacation because finding another apartment with only a day’s notice was so difficult. We had booked more than three months ahead for August 13, for my wife, our two minor daughters, and me. The day before, the agency canceled by email without warning, giving “Overbooking in accommodation” as the only reason. When we called, we were told the assigned apartment had been broken for 10 days and could not be repaired. The manager refused to answer when we tried to speak with her. They didn’t call to tell us about the apartment problem or even about the cancellation. We have reported this as an abusive and illegal practice. The agency’s conduct is shameful. Good morning. I’m giving one star only because the form won’t let me post without a rating.

We’ve just checked out, and everything was great. The apartment was spotless and modern, with ducted air conditioning. The staff were super nice and the service was excellent. If we return next year, we’ll stay with you again. Thanks so much.

A welcoming apartment with all the amenities we needed, and some lovely little touches. It was very clean and tidy. I stayed two nights, and it’s easily one of the best apartments I’ve stayed in. I’ll come back!
