Xalet La Coromina

We brought our two dogs because the landlords are so kind and friendly with pets. The breakfast room has a lovely viewpoint over the Montseny range, and the simple meal of typical Catalonian products was delicious. Our room was warm and cozy, with a beautiful mountain view. They really tried to make the stay worth repeating, and we’ll be back for sure.

There was plenty of parking, and the breakfast was truly something else in the best way. I also found the restaurant amazing, and my room was very clean. The staff were so friendly, and I really felt they cared about their guests. Thanks so much to everyone for the amazing service. I had a perfect stay.

The food was the big surprise for us. Every dish was creative, beautifully presented, and full of flavor, with prices so reasonable it almost felt too good to be true. You could feel the passion and imagination in the kitchen, and each meal felt like a special occasion. We were there at Xalet Coronina for the weekend of June 20th to celebrate my birthday, and we’re still glowing from it. The new owners welcomed us so warmly and were attentive and kind, which made us feel at home. There’s a real sense of care and authenticity here. Viladrau is so peaceful, with lush green surroundings and that unmistakable mountain air. It’s a place to slow down and breathe, whether you’re hiking, reading under a tree, or doing nothing at all. That tranquility stays with you. We can’t wait to return to this treasure.

The hikes nearby are breathtaking, and I really enjoyed both dinner and a tasty breakfast. At la Coromina I was welcomed so warmly. My room was clean, charming, and comfortable. I’d definitely recommend it.
