The only thing I liked was the friendly staff. The rooms were sparsely furnished, the beds uncomfortable, and the soap and shampoo cheap. There was old hair in the shower. No air conditioning or fans, and it was far too noisy to sleep with the window open. Breakfast was uninteresting. It seems to cater to low-end bus tours. For this level of quality, it should cost half as much. I'm puzzled by all the four- and five-star reviews.

The staff were pleasant and easy to communicate with, and the hotel was comfortable and clean, with plenty of towels. Breakfast was simple, but there were a few options. I'd recommend it to Camino walkers who want a bit more comfort than usual.

The bar and restaurant were handy, and our room was clean and had everything we needed. We stayed one night before catching the boat to Pontesecures, and it was good value. The staff were fantastic and really helpful. It did get noisy at night and early in the morning with pilgrims heading out for the early boat, but I’d still recommend it if you’re on your way to Santiago.

The restaurant’s €15 pilgrim menu comes with three courses, a drink, and dessert, and the food was delicious. I especially liked the beef stew. There’s also a nice café across the road. The hotel is about a five-minute walk from the pilgrim boats, and the staff were very helpful.

Dinner was really good, and the staff were very friendly. The beds were especially wide. For a two-star hotel, it was surprisingly good.
