We enjoyed the park a lot, and the people were welcoming and friendly. Getting around with our dog was restricted because dogs have to ride on buses in a crate. We had a dog backpack with our dog harnessed to it, but they still wouldn't let us on. The taxi was great and didn't charge extra.

The one drawback we noticed was how far the site is from the coast and the main town, about a 30-minute cycle ride. Residents told us the local buses serve the site well, and we saw this when we left to cycle into town. Even with that distance, Camping Villanova Park was a very nice place to stay. We were there for four nights with friends in our motorhomes in mid-October 2025. The site was quiet and relaxing out of season, and its pool area was a nice place to sit in the sun below the restaurant and bar. The restaurant, bar, and main shop were open. We went to the Wednesday evening event, which cost just over €17 each and included a welcome drink, a bottle of wine, a three-course meal, and entertainment. Great value. The shop was handy and well stocked, though more expensive than a large supermarket. The campsite is very large, with a mix of pitches for tents, motorhomes, and camping cars, as well as its own accommodation and holiday company options like Eurocamp. It's one of the best maintained sites we've stayed at in recent years, close to immaculate. Staff were always working on upkeep, from planting flowerbeds and clearing pine needles to replacing bulbs in the street furniture. The washblocks were spotless. It wasn't busy during our visit, and I imagine it could feel crowded and less comfortable in peak season. Reception staff were friendly, polite, courteous, and helpful when we arrived, and even gave us a Villanova 'bag for life' shopping bag. Staff, 'lifers', and residents were all friendly throughout. The facilities had pretty much everything we needed for an enjoyable, comfortable break. There was also work underway to replace some chalets near the main shop, showing the site is continuing to improve. All in all, a very nice campsite. Check out my other reviews and photos. I've had over 65 million photo views and made nearly 20,000 contributions to Google reviews. None are sponsored, and they're based on our experience at the time of each visit. Happy travels.

We really like it here. The staff are lovely, and Ricard was a big help. We visited out of season, so there weren't any kids' activities, but the indoor pool, sauna, and gym were open. It's a huge park, and I enjoy walking around and chatting with other people. We'll be back soon.

It's always a pleasure arriving here. We've stayed many times in mobile homes and in our motorhome. The grounds are immaculate, staff are consistently friendly and professional, and the bar is good value. Transport to Town and Barcelona is right outside the main entrance. Fabulous!

The evening shows are brilliant, and the park itself is absolutely beautiful. Food is where it falls short: the restaurant has a poor selection, which is a shame in Spain, and the takeaway is basic but does the job. I still don't understand why the poolside bars can't make a simple toastie. The kids' disco also gets repetitive and could use a change every few nights. The tiles around the slide pools are the biggest concern. I saw men, women, and children falling and getting badly hurt. They seem so dangerous that they should be replaced before someone is seriously injured. The weekend crowds are another problem. The park seems to let locals in, and the pools get overwhelmed. My young kids also weren't comfortable with the nudity from some women. It's a nice family holiday spot, but it needs a few changes.
