Casa Rural Parador Del Silo

The place was tidy and very clean, and the owners were really friendly.

The garden was magnificent, with a pool to cool off in, and Juan was kind and attentive as host. The rooms and furniture were all in perfect condition, and the comfort was top-notch. Everything was clean and well equipped. I’d definitely stay here again.

The village is tiny, but it’s great for hiking and close to places like Soportujar and Pampaneira. We were five couples here over Easter. The weather kept us indoors, which suited the house well: we used one of its two living rooms for meals and the other to play cards, chat, and watch TV. Both rooms have fireplaces, and every bedroom has air conditioning. A lovely place to unwind, and the owner was attentive throughout.

The house is right in the village, on a street with easy parking and nearby amenities, including a nice bar/restaurant, children's play areas, and sports facilities. Still, the views from every part of the property are spectacular and make you feel surrounded by nature. There are lots of nearby trails for families to explore. Juan and Monse were lovely, attentive hosts before, during, and after our wonderful weekend. Everything we needed was provided, and the thoughtful preparation before we arrived really showed. The bedrooms were spacious, well equipped, bright, and had very comfortable beds. The outdoor areas were large and well maintained, though it was too cold for us to enjoy them much. The barbecue area and pool looked beautiful. Highly recommended for switching off and recharging. Thank you so much for everything, Juan and Montse!
