Parking was good, and the apartment was really quiet. It also had all the facilities we needed, including a dishwasher.

Juana was so attentive and helpful throughout our stay, and a fantastic woman to meet. The place is great value, with Plasencia only 15 minutes away. It’s a pleasure to stay here, especially if you’re visiting the Jerte Valley or Monfragüe National Park.

Juana was simply FANTASTIC. At 77, she handles WhatsApp and email and keeps the house running perfectly, and I adore her. Her warm welcome meant a lot, and the apartment was WONDERFUL and spotless. She even baked us a delicious cake. We had two days there and made a perfect trip of it: we cycled from Villa de Plasencia to Cáparra, had lunch at Versátil in Zarza de Granadilla, then visited Granadilla to try local cheeses. 200% recommended!

The patio beside Juana’s vegetable garden is magnificent, and there’s always some lovely surprise growing there, strawberries, zucchini, or tomatoes. Juana is incredibly kind and generous. The house is lovely, clean, and has everything you need. This was our second visit, and we’ll be back again.

Juani keeps the apartment in excellent shape and has it equipped with everything you need. She’s a wonderful host, and it’s a great place to spend a couple of days exploring the Ambroz valley or the lands of Granadilla.
