We felt at home thanks to Olatz and Ramón, who were absolutely lovely hosts. The hotel is charming, with beautiful views and a handy base for exploring the north of Burgos. Our room was very spacious, and its big window looked out over the countryside. Breakfast was delicious and generous, too. We'd definitely return, and I wholeheartedly recommend it.
Olatz and Ramón made our summer stay with the family feel so warm and happy. They were incredibly kind, and I'd love to return for their hospitality alone. The hotel is beautiful, with a gorgeous garden. And Olatz's cooking really shows at breakfast. It was the best I've ever had.
From the terraces, the views are simply breathtaking. We also found it excellent value for money. Olatz and Ramón were attentive, helpful and friendly throughout. Their place is spectacular, a beautifully restored stone house with a style that's distinctive, welcoming and practical. The rooms are spacious, with big windows, and the shared spaces are inviting. The dining gallery where breakfast is served is impressive.
The landlady was a delight and always made sure we were looked after. Our room was lovely, neat and clean. Nothing to complain about at all.
We'd only planned on one night, but ended up staying for two. The family looking after guests were lovely and so helpful, and they were great with animals. We don't often find places this pet-friendly. The breakfast and the surroundings are unbeatable. We'll definitely return.
