APTC ETXEA Hostel

I had such a relaxing time at this hostel, with wonderful hospitality from the staff. The location is beautiful and easy to navigate to. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the TV came with Disney and Netflix for free. The kitchen had everything I needed, the showers had super hot water, and the room temperature was perfect at night.

The kitchen was spotless, with plenty of refrigerator space and cooking utensils. This hostel is exceptionally clean, and each comfortable bed has its own storage space. It’s close to everything Vitoria-Gasteiz has to offer. Jose was warm and welcoming when we met, and he answered all my questions before I booked. I highly recommend the place.

The team at APTC ETXEA welcomed me warmly and made everything easy to understand over WhatsApp, even though my Spanish is limited. Check-in was quick, and my four-bed room was spotless, with its own bathroom, toilet paper, and shower gel. Each sleeping cubicle has a TV, a little hanging pouch, a thin blanket, and a pillow. WiFi was fast and free, and I had a designated spot in the fridge and kitchen cupboard. The shared kitchen and dining area also work well as a workspace. Cafés, restaurants, and bars are just a short walk away. It felt safe and cheerful.

José at reception was attentive, really helpful, and friendly, with great suggestions for things to see around Vitoria. The hostel sits in the old town, so most sights are an easy walk. My room had air conditioning, a window, and its own shower and toilet. The lockers were roomy enough for my big backpack with space left over, and each bed had a closable privacy door and a power outlet for charging. The kitchen is well stocked, with a separate food space for every guest. Wi-Fi worked well, and the dining room has plenty of outlets for working on a computer.
