We’d come back, since the room and location are hard to beat, and the city view was wonderful. The room was spacious and nice, but the AC didn’t work, which made it stuffy in July. The light outlets had problems too, leaving us with only one working socket. There wasn’t any staff or a front desk around to contact, and we only found out about breakfast after we’d eaten.

The bed was comfortable, and the location was fantastic. It’s a historic place with a modern feel, the rooms were good, and the service was great. The room we had didn’t have a safe or mini fridge, which was a shame. I’d stay here again.

The bathrooms were roomy and clean, and the beds were comfortable. It’s in a great location. It did feel a bit odd arriving to find no one at reception or any staff to welcome us.

It’s not a typical hotel, and this was my first stay somewhere like it. I really liked it, though. The place is clean and well looked after, right in the center, with spacious, comfortable rooms. When I’m back in Vitoria, I’ll stay here again.
