The room matched the photos and was practical and comfortable, with a thermostat that made it easy to adjust the temperature. At first, though, there was a strong chemical air freshener smell; I opened the large windows and aired it out quickly. My dog was welcome and there was no extra charge for him. The location worked really well, opposite the tram stop and with a bakery next door. The hotel looked clean at first glance, but I noticed dust on handles, switches, the TV and other surfaces, so the cleaning could be more detailed. One thing to know about parking: although Google lists it as free, it costs €9. I found it easy to park for free on nearby streets.

Breakfast was the one letdown, pretty simple with few choices. The room itself was spotless, with fresh sheets and a really comfortable mattress. Everything else was excellent.

The rooms are a good size, and the beds are comfortable. It’s a clean hotel in a great spot, with free street parking. Breakfast is included for guests, very basic but enough. We’ll definitely consider staying here again.

The staff were really helpful, and the location is handy for getting into Vitoria, right across from the tram stop. There are also two supermarkets an easy walk away. My room was a good size, with a powerful shower and big bath towels. A very good little hotel.

Just what I needed for a short stay: a good bed, toilet, shower and TV, without any extras.
