Parking worked out well: the public lot is free, though it’s usually full, so the €4 lot or €6 underground option is worth it. The location is close to the shopping center and about a 25 minute walk from downtown. My room, 510, was a decent size with a small kitchenette, though it felt a little rough around the edges. Elena at reception was especially friendly and helpful. Breakfast cost €10.50 and was fair, solid enough, though it’s not IHG or Hilton while in Europe. I liked the hotel, simple and nice. I stayed 3 nights, then another 6. I don’t think they have points, but this will be my hotel whenever I come to vitoria.

We were a couple with a kid, arriving after an 8hours drive, and finding cockroaches in our room made for a really awful experience. We had to move to another hotel, which ended up costing us a fortune. The staff kindly let us cancel and refunded the booking, but this issue definitely needs attention.

I had a good stay. The rooms were excellent, the beds very comfortable, and parking was convenient. The staff were polite.

Breakfast was good value at €10, and it was handy to have parking. We stayed one night in a spacious, clean room with three full beds. The location and surroundings were less appealing: it felt neither safe nor welcoming, and our walks around the area left a poor impression. It’s about a 20-25 minute walk to either the city center or the nearby nature resort. The view from our room wasn’t pleasant either, much like the outside environment.

The reception lady greeted us very warmly, and breakfast was really nice and good quality. The beds were fine too. We chose this hotel because we could park inside, and we had the junior suite. That room seemed past its best and really needs renovation.
