Hotel As Areas I

It was okay.

It's a quiet place, and the rooms were clean when we stayed. They are small, but fine for sleeping, and pets are welcome. The hotel is only 50 metres from the beach, and the staff were really friendly. A simple breakfast was included in the room rate: coffee with milk and toast with butter, jam, tomato, and olive oil.

The room smelled of dog pee after we'd been in it for a while, and we couldn't tell whether it was the floor or mattress. The floor was damaged, the room was tiny, and the bathroom was so filthy we didn't want to touch anything. We had booked a superior double, but were given a sea-view double instead. When I complained, they said the superior was meant for three people and this room was better for two, and that it was full so nothing could be done. It was late, so I accepted it, though they charged me for the superior room. Breakfast was another disappointment: coffee, awful juice, and toast or pastries from 8 to 11. When we came down after sleeping in from 9 to 11, all the guests were waiting. I only ask for a clean shower and a clean, comfortable bed. I don't know what the five-star reviewers are used to, but I have an idea. Here's my ocean view.

We can hear the sea from the nice rooms, and parking is good. Restaurants and cafes are nearby. The management kindly changed our accommodation date without any fuss after I made a mistake. Excellent service! 👌
