The room and bathroom were basic. Breakfast was the usual Spanish kind, like churros or toast with tomato and olive oil, or with jam and butter.

We went for cocido and weren't disappointed, the food was very good. The service was excellent too. The dining room at the back is small and cozy, while the bar at the front has some outdoor seating. It's a hotel, bar, and restaurant in Celeiro, with parking across the street.

My girlfriend called to ask if they had availability, and the woman who answered literally said, “I'm not interested, don't call back.” She'd already been hung up on immediately the first time, just as she started asking a question. Good luck to anyone staying there.

I only went to the bar, where the staff are very friendly and bring great tapas with every drink. The hotel never replied to our email inquiry.

I live in the area and haven't stayed at the hotel, so I can't comment on that. We've visited the bar several times, inside and on the outdoor terrace, and it's always been great. The staff are friendly, and they serve loads of tapas, which is why it tends to be busy. Well worth it.
