A pretty, peaceful campsite, but the staff weren't very friendly. They took our payment without telling us anything about the site or the area. The road there is narrow and winding, so it isn't suitable for large vehicles.

There was plenty of room even in mid-August, during high season. It was busy, but the large site never felt crowded. Set in lovely countryside, there's a stream and plenty of nice walks less than ten minutes away. The campsite and its staff were brilliant, everything you need is there, and it was spotless. There's also a great little bar serving food or just drinks, beside a big pool for kids. We'll definitely be back.
We had a beautiful stay, and I'll be back next summer for sure. The staff were professional, helpful and easy to find. The spacious pitches have electrical hookups, though you might need an extension reel to reach, as the cable can run several metres. The bar serves a good menu del dia and tapas, and the croquetas were amazing. The showers and washing area were among the best I've seen at a campsite, and were kept very clean and hygienic. There are scenic walking routes right from the site, and Viver and Jerica are about a ten-minute drive away. One small suggestion: a few more seats around the BBQ area would be nice.
We visited during the “Puente de Octubre,” so the campsite was very busy. The natural surroundings are nice, and it’s a good place to camp. But on our second day they cut off the drinking water at the tap, and the explanation for why didn’t seem believable. We’d counted on that water for ourselves and our dog, so we ended up buying bottles from the bar. 👏🏕
We stayed just one night after finding the site on "Cool Camping," and I'll be emailing them too. We booked in advance, but nobody mentioned the restricted water supply, which meant no water at all, or that the pool was green. The restaurant was closed for the season for "personal reasons," and none of the advertised facilities were open. The site is run-down. The only open shower and toilet block was clean and well maintained, but the owner still thinks €23.50 a night is acceptable. Don't go here.
