Casa Rural Xàtiva

Vicente was incredibly thoughtful and attentive, and left us a complimentary breakfast with coffee, milk, toast, butter, pastries, and more. The place is near the center of town, and our bedroom was comfortable. There’s a shared kitchen, plus a lounge with a small terrace on the ground floor. Each floor has a spacious shared bathroom that was well kept. The house had everything we needed for a great stay in Xativa.

The room was quiet, cozy, and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Parking worked out fine for me, with seven lots in the area, two of them paid between 9:00 am and 8:00 pm. Right in the historic center of Xátiva, it’s a great choice for a stay of any length.

I hate posting bad reviews, but this stay was awful. The owner sounded very welcoming on the phone, but the room was another story. The walls were dirty, which we let go, but the smell in the room and beds was incredibly bad. The pillowcases and blankets smelled bad too. General cleaning was okay, but a 50 euro room shouldn’t be left like that. Sorry, I can’t recommend it. There are better options nearby.

Casa Rural Xátiva was excellent from the rooms and beds to the bathrooms and the rest of the facilities. Service and attention were top-notch too, ten out of ten. Highly recommended!
