LA MOMA Apartments & Room

We only stayed one night, but I’d happily stay again if I pass through Xàtiva. The place is in an older neighborhood beside the plaza, about a five-minute walk from shops and restaurants. Staff were helpful when we got the wrong instructions at first and made sure we got the room we’d paid for. They also gave us an extra hour to check out.

We loved this clean, quiet one-bedroom apartment with a balcony and lovely decor. Check-in and checkout were easy, and we’ll definitely book the flat again.

Maria was quick to sort out the few problems we had and very helpful with our questions. The washing machine is downstairs in a laundry room, and we had to ask for access before using it. That didn’t spoil our stay, but it’s useful to know. We spent a month in the lovely one-bedroom apartment at La Moma while getting to know Xàtiva and the surrounding area, and it was delightful. It was spotless and, for the most part, very well equipped. Longer stays can be tricky when you need a properly equipped kitchen, but this apartment ticked most of the boxes. It’s in the old part of town, near shops, bars, restaurants and the castle, and a ten-minute walk from the train station. The road was peaceful, so noise never disturbed us. I’d happily recommend it for a longer visit and would gladly return. All in all, really fabulous. Thank you, Maria.

The apartments are right in the heart of town, yet our place was quiet and we slept well. It was very comfortable and clean. The host was incredibly friendly, helpful and hardworking. I’d recommend staying here for a holiday in Xativa.
