San Pedro De Caldas

There’s plenty to do and see nearby, and the house itself has everything our large group needs for a weekend away. We keep coming back because it works so well for us. The bedrooms are roomy, the beds are comfortable, and having a bathroom in each one is a real bonus. Kids can play in the games room, though adults might enjoy it too. The dining room is huge, with enough chairs for everyone, and the industrial-style kitchen has a dishwasher.

The only tricky part was the roughly 30 cats in the area, since we had two dogs with us. That wasn’t the owners’ fault, though. We had a great family stay over the Almudena holiday weekend, with 22 of us there. The industrial-sized kitchen was really handy, the rooms were great, and each had comfortable beds and its own bathroom. Maria Jose was very attentive, and the owner provided everything we asked for.

María Jesús deserves a special mention for being so welcoming and sorting out unexpected problems quickly. The house is in a very quiet area, close to Segovia, and works really well for large groups. There’s space for adults and children to enjoy themselves, and having a bathroom in every bedroom is fantastic. We’ll come back as soon as we can 😉.

We wanted somewhere fairly secluded when we booked, and this country house was just right. It has room for groups of over 30 people, with plenty of space to spread out. And somehow every room has its own bathroom. We couldn’t have picked a better place for a large group!
