The owners made us feel so welcome, they were kind and understanding throughout. There was everything we needed, including towels, blankets and toilet paper. We were very comfortable sleeping there, and the house is spacious, well equipped, and has heating throughout. We especially appreciated the pool, barbecue and fireplace. It's a peaceful spot, but other places are only a few minutes away, and the little shop right across the street has everything and was a lifesaver. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it.

The owners were always ready to help, and the pool was lovely, clean and perfect for cooling off. The beds were comfortable, and the house was in perfect shape and well equipped. It's a great place to switch off and relax. A 10 out of 10. We'll be back as soon as we can.

We stayed in Tita Elvira's house (number 4), which was fantastic. It was really cool inside in summer, and had a barbecue, a swimming pool and a terrace for watching the stars at night. Spectacular. The house was well cared for, with all sorts of details and amenities.

Almendral is a beautiful rural setting, and the cooler temperatures make it a great place to spend the summer. The hospitality was the best I've ever experienced.
