We spent the whole night outside the entrance doors, unable to get into the prepaid apartment. There was no way to reach reception: the doorbell had no labels, and nobody answered the calls. The worst apartment booking experience. Totally not recommended.
A very new, pleasant apartment, clean and equipped with what we needed for a few days. Questions were answered right away. The bed was comfortable, the towels were large, and the soundproofing was good.
They moved my booking five days later without asking me. From what I can tell, at least one other person had the same thing happen. I suspect they take the booking away from someone if they can rent the place for more, because I noticed the prices had gone up a lot.
It was €75 a night and well worth it. The place was new, clean, practical, and comfortable, with a terrace, fan, and Smart TV. They'd left a couple of coffee capsules and toiletries as thoughtful extras. The location is right in the center. It exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it.
The owners were really friendly, and the apartment was right in the center. We stayed three days and had everything we needed. Above all, it was incredibly clean. If we come back to Zamora, we'll stay at these apartments again. Thanks so much for everything, I recommend it 100%!
