Hostal El Polígono

We were after a quiet weekend, but my mother and I had a terrible night. The place is poorly soundproofed, and drafts made the doors rattle. The bed was listed as 1.35 meters wide, but our measurement was only 1.20 meters. We left in the morning, though we'd paid for the whole weekend. Later, the person sent us a private message saying we were lying. It seems they only pay attention to positive reviews and can't accept criticism, even though reviews from three years ago mention the same problems. I can't say what it's like during the week, but I won't return or recommend it. I'd suggest any hotel in Zamora's city center instead. It's very noisy there and parking is scarce, but the soundproofing is excellent. Regards.

We had a very good stay for the price. The rooms were large, comfortable, and extremely clean, with very good sound insulation. The staff were kind, and the value for money was excellent. I only wish they'd join the beds and adjust the room when guests say they're coming as a couple. That would have made the service a 10/10 in every way!

It's very clean, but you can hear everything through the poor soundproofing. There's no elevator, so it's not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The door to the room keeps vibrating in the breeze. There was one 120 cm bed for two, with no indirect lighting or even a bedside lamp. For what it offers, it's far too expensive. I won't come back or recommend it.

I stayed here for a wedding in Zamora, and the owner was rude and miserly with breakfast. He gave you the bare minimum to drink, which was stingy. For what he charges and how basic the rooms are, he could at least serve a decent breakfast instead of the tiny amount he offered. Awful place, I absolutely don't recommend it. A huge zero, if I could give one.
