Apartamenticos Torrenueva I

We spent three hours waiting outside before we could get into the apartment. The owner doesn't speak English, so we could only communicate in Spanish, and we ended up contacting Booking.com customer service to find out how to collect the keys. The description said to pick them up at an office 15 minutes away and pay a deposit there. When we arrived, the office was closed; it turned out the deposit had to be paid online before we could get access. The apartment itself is in poor shape. The living room window wouldn't open or close properly, the blinds wouldn't come down, and street noise continued through the night, so we couldn't sleep well. There were glasses but no cups or kettle. Parking nearby is limited to expensive underground garages, and spaces aren't guaranteed. Extremely poor value for money.
