The reception staff were incredibly helpful when we arrived, and the apartment was clean and comfortable. The historic center was just 8 minutes away, so the location was perfect. Since it was an apartment, we brought breakfast, though there was everything needed for cooking and the appliances worked well. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these apartments.

The location is excellent, and it’s well equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, heating, and air conditioning. The bathroom is quite nice and has a bathtub. The one odd thing is that you have to leave the room to switch off the light, while the bathroom light switch is inside, behind the door.

The apartment was spacious enough that we felt comfortable, and the location is unbeatable. You don’t need a car, and the air conditioning worked perfectly even in the middle of August. I spoke to reception about the problems, and they took note so they could improve them. There were quite a few cleaning and maintenance issues, though. The kitchen utensils were no use: the pots and pans stuck together, and there was no skimmer for frying, just a burnt wooden thing that apparently served that purpose. We found stained sheets, and the bedside lamp was broken. It still worked, but looked bad. The towels smelled musty, so luckily I’d brought one from home. Cleanliness was only average, with a thick layer of dust on the headboard that made us take antihistamines.

We’ll definitely be back. The apartment was huge and spotless, and the staff were wonderful. One staff member, who’d only worked there for five days, even drove us to the parking lot in my car, showed us the rooms, and offered to take our luggage. They called a few hours before we arrived to remind us where to pick up the keys. We brought our dog and had no problems at all. Ten out of ten for the apartment!
