It's a peaceful residential area, close to places for recreation, and works well for families. I'd recommend it.

The complex has three buildings and a swimming pool as well as a sports court. You can also use the pool in the neighboring complex, which is managed by Intur too.

Finding the concierge there is down to luck, and there aren't even any mailboxes, which is completely illegal and makes no sense. Anyone can go into the concierge's office and take somebody else's mail. The elevators break down all the time, maintenance is nonexistent, and the place is overrun with pigeons and stray cats. One of the worst developments in the neighborhood. I feel sorry for anyone who has to live there all year.

It's a lovely place, but the pool closes so early in the season. Having to cross the street and go through the other complex isn't great either.

I've got a soft spot for this development, and I do think it's a very good one, especially considering how old it is.
