We've stopped at this campsite overnight several times and will return. The pitches are spacious, and the sanitary facilities are plentiful, clean, and modern. Reception staff are friendly. The showers are very powerful and hot, but there's nowhere inside the cubicles to get dressed. That's the one downside in an otherwise excellent campsite.

We've stayed here a few times, and the reception staff are always excellent and patient with my poor Spanish. The café is much better than you'd expect at a municipal campsite: our salads and wine were both excellent. I remember our wonderfully attentive camarera, ALBA, who seemed amused that her name is the Gaelic word for Scotland. The showers and other facilities are perfect, and there's a nice walk along the canal for the dog. It's a great stop between the northern ferry ports and the costa blanca. Stay two nights or more to spend a day in the old city. The cathedral is breathtakingly spectacular. Definitely recommended.

Zaragoza is well worth visiting, and our day and a half wasn't enough to see everything. We drove our 5.4m camper here for two nights as part of our 2026 Spanish tour. The municipal site is on the outskirts and was quite full, so we were glad we booked ahead. We paid about 50 euro for the two nights, with no ACSI. Reception was great, friendly, and spoke English very well. They explained everything we needed to know. We booked an electric pitch with water and got a small pitch, but it was okay for our camper. The pitch was sloping soil, with no shade or privacy. In February, we didn't need either, as there wasn't much sun. The free Wi-Fi had a poor signal and was of limited use. Shower and toilet blocks were clean, though the cubicles were small, with no stools, dry area, or hooks; we managed okay. We didn't visit the site shop. On arrival, we had a sandwich and drink in the restaurant, which was okay. Bus #41 stops close by and goes to Puerta Carmen, right in the heart of the city. It costs 1.7 euro per person, takes about 35 minutes there and 25 minutes back. Reaching the stop means crossing a main road at a pedestrian crossing and walking a short stretch of scrubland. We'd return to the site if we came back to Zaragoza.

This large, busy municipal site is open all year and laid out around an anticlockwise road. The pitches differ in size, and we had to negotiate for a better one than the pitch we were given. The facilities are good, but Wi-Fi only works in the common room near reception, and the restaurant is beyond our price range. Cycling into town would have taken more patience and risk-taking than we wisely had, even though we've cycled around the world. Other people took a bus.

We were happy with our pitch for two nights in the campervan. The staff were friendly, and the showers, toilets, and washing facilities were good quality. Local cafés, a supermarket, and public transport are easy to reach on foot. We also cycled the 8km into central Zaragoza, though the cycle lanes disappear now and then. Thanks to the city council for this excellent offer.
