Exe Zaragoza WTC

The room was adequate, but the bath was so slippery that I had to keep one hand on the support handle while showering. I’d think someone will have a serious accident before long, if that hasn’t already happened. We booked this hotel for an en-route stop specifically because it had parking, only to be told there were no spaces available. They offered us a spot at another one of their hotels but wanted us to pay extra. I said it wasn’t my fault and they should honor the booking. After several calls, I guess to a superior, they found a space. It took 10 minutes and help just to get my car into the tiny spot. NEVER WILL RETURN.

The hotel was very enjoyable and quiet, and the rooms were top notch.

The location was the best part: public transport is nearby, along with a mall and small cafés where two of us had breakfast for €12. The room was okay for what we paid, though the shower head was old. Breakfast costs another €10 per person, and parking is €12 extra. Other places we stayed included both for much less. The garage is tight, so take a small car if you park there. At €157 without breakfast, it still feels like a decent deal. Zaragoza will be my second choice next time.

The breakfast was the worst part. The food was stale and didn't taste good, and there are plenty of bars and cafés nearby. The room is cramped, with barely enough space for the bed, and there's nowhere useful to put your things by the bathroom sink. The partly enclosed bathtub leaves the floor wet, as in many Spanish hotels. Parking is extremely tight, even for a medium-sized car.
