Hesperia Zaragoza Centro

The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast had what we needed to get the day started. There are lots of shops, restaurants and bars close by. Our room was spacious enough, though noise carried in from other rooms. The Wi-Fi was very weak and kept disconnecting, so that needs work.

We came by car with our two dogs for a two-night stay, and the staff were very helpful. We asked about overnight parking; the doorman checked the car papers to confirm the weight. The underground garage is reached by driving into an elevator, which only takes cars up to 2,000 kilos. Bars and restaurants are about a ten-minute walk away.

A really nice, clean hotel, with professional and lovely staff. Greetings to the chef de reception, the best! Thanks again. We’re definitely coming back. Greetings from Croatia to beautiful Zaragoza and Hesperia!

I traveled to eight cities in Spain and accidentally booked and paid twice for this hotel because I missed the duplicate reservation. When I asked for a refund of the extra payment, the staff refused and said they were following policy. I understand their position, though in the United States these things are usually sorted out faster and with more flexibility. It seems cultural differences may affect how such cases are handled in Spain, where there appears to be less willingness to fix an honest mistake.
