The room was quiet and comfortable, with a balcony, fridge, and heating. The only cooking option was a microwave, and it would've been useful to have crockery and cutlery nearby. The shower is tiny, so maybe not ideal if you're built like a sumo wrestler. Let them know when you'll arrive, and have your booking number, passports, addresses, and security deposit ready, since the language barrier can stress the staff. All in all, a good stay and I'd recommend it.

We stayed two nights as two adults with two teenage kids, and for the price I thought the room was pretty good. It was simple, clean, and fairly well furnished, though the towels were a bit musty. I don't speak Spanish, but reception staff were very patient with me. It was really hot even with two fans, so bear that in mind if you're booking a budget room like this.

I've stayed in guesthouses that were much better and cost less. This would be my last choice for a night in Zaragoza. The building was old and dirty, and for 40 euros we got a room with no TV or heating and a rickety bed with an old, sagging mattress. I don't know whether there was Wi-Fi; I used mobile data, and the receptionist didn't mention it. The shared bathroom had a shower and a broken toilet bowl leaking urine through the cracks, which made the place smell terrible. I'd honestly rather sleep in my car. I read the earlier reviews and gave the place a chance anyway. Big mistake, it was awful. The room was old and smelled of tobacco, and the small heater didn't warm it. The bathroom was outside the room, with no heating and no hot water at the sink. When I spoke to the receptionist, he acted like he was doing me a favor. They should be more polite in their replies to reviews; the service leaves a lot to be desired.
