Hotel Zenit Don Yo

The reception staff were kind and helpful, easily worth five stars, but the rest of the experience was terrible. Noise insulation and fresh air were both poor, breakfast choices were limited, and the service was rude and impolite. The gym only opens at 8am, when people normally leave for work. This definitely doesn't feel like a four-star hotel.

The location was very good, and the room was huge with a comfortable bed and a balcony. Still, the cleaning was poor. It seemed they only made the bed, leaving dirty glasses and not replacing the amenities. During my three-night stay, the minibar wasn't refilled, though I'm not sure if I had to ask. It also made a cold bottle of water warm. The bidet in the bathroom was too dirty for me to use. The balcony wasn't swept for all three days, and had no chairs, table, or ashtray. A decent stay overall.

Staff were polite and friendly, and breakfast was good. The rooms were basic but clean, though I expected more room for clothes. I asked for extra hangers and never got them. The room was listed as having coffee facilities, but there weren't any.

We had a comfortable stay in November, and the hotel was very clean with working showers. The central location was very good, and parking was available a short drive away. Communication from the staff let the stay down a little, but we'd come back.
