Apartamento El Balcón de Rey Alfonso II

The apartment is in a fantastic location, but it's so badly managed that I wouldn't recommend coming here if you want a good experience. It was dirty and dusty, including the floor. There was no cell phone signal and the Wi-Fi didn't work; they said it was a problem with the provider. The garage cost 37 euros for two days, which is extremely expensive. No one explained how to use it, how to pay, or whether the ticket needed validating. And when you shower, water sprays everywhere. Incredibly bad, seriously, don't go.

The location may be the only good thing. There was no lightbulb in the room, just a lamp on the bedside table. The blanket provided for the bed was so dirty that we put it on the sofa instead, because we felt bad about sitting on it. We got the keys from a nearby hotel, but the directions to the apartment were unclear. I hope they sort these things out.

The apartment is attractive and very well located, but needs a lot of maintenance. There was mold and limescale in the bathrooms, water leaking through a wall, very uncomfortable beds and pillows, and windows with no blinds. The so-called double bed was two singles pushed together, with mattresses of different sizes. It was also filthy: dirty curtains, a dirty sofa and cushions, hair on the bathroom floor, and a dusty bedside table. On top of that, the neighbor played heavy metal and guitar until 12:30 at night.

Everything was easy, and the apartment was beautiful, right in the center. What a great place!
