The younger staff were friendly, but I wouldn’t recommend this place for families. It may work for travellers who only need somewhere to sleep. I’d never before stayed in a hotel where the refrigerator was locked. There was a coffee machine in the room, but it was so dirty I couldn’t use it, and the front desk had no electric kettles available. There wasn’t a water vending machine either. I could buy water in the dining room on the ground floor, Floor 0.

The breakfast was really nice. The hotel is close to Zaragoza airport but a bit farther from the centre. It’s well worth it if you’re travelling by car or don’t mind paying a little extra for a taxi.

The breakfast buffet was wonderful, with plenty of variety and better quality than many hotels offer these days. Staff were efficient and lovely, although a few low-level guests seemed obliged to behave like pigs. The hotel is in an industrial area near the airport, quite far from the historic centre, with shopping centres and a few average restaurants nearby. I’d recommend it to my professional circle. We got a very attractive promotional rate for our stay. The secure underground parking was convenient, and our superior room was spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The bathroom had a separate toilet, shower and bathtub, though the shower itself was small. A beautiful walk-in shower would have suited the hotel’s standing better. Air conditioning worked efficiently, and the bedding was high quality, good for getting comfortable sleep on a long business trip.

It took more than 15 minutes to check in, which wasn’t great while carrying bags and looking after small children. They even logged all the passport details for my 3-year-old. We also didn’t enjoy the breakfast. The hotel itself was very nice, but our room was far too hot when we arrived and took over an hour to cool with the fan.
