The walls were dirty, and the sofa was awful. The whole place felt very plasticky, like something from Ikea. I booked through Booking.com, but was charged €15 for early check-in, and the person I spoke with was rude.

The countryside views were nice, but the room was far too noisy. Each time someone opened the street gate, my bedroom door shook and banged against its frame, which made it impossible to rest well before my important appointment the next morning. The mattress was awful too, with springs digging into my back. A little care would go a long way. The mini-apartment/room had a refrigerator, washing machine and microwave, but no kitchen. A very bad experience.

We contacted them shortly after leaving, on the same day, to say we'd forgotten some things. They told us to come back the next day, but when we did, the things had been thrown in the trash. That's what they said, anyway. We had left at 2 pm and had already notified them at 3 pm. It's a disgrace.

We couldn't stay because the apartment was unbearably hot, and opening the windows wasn't an option with a swarm of mosquitoes outside. Although air conditioning was advertised, the thermostat wouldn't bring the temperature below 27 degrees Celsius. We contacted them, and after we tried to get a solution, they said they'd fix it the next day. We had to leave and find somewhere else to stay. They refused my refund request, saying they'd checked the thermostat and it was working fine. I have videos and photos and will take them to the consumer protection agency. On top of that, they treated us with terrible arrogance. A very disappointing experience.
